My first experience with complex was great from the very start, very good and upfront communication, a key trait I respected was they always did what they said they would at the time they said they would, and communicated well along the way, and also provided guidance around “why” for some things which helped in decision making. The whole team is super professional, the workmanship was standout, they don’t take short cuts, and the team were very polite and so clean, taking shoes off in the house and really cleaning up after themselves. It’s really these little things that make a big difference in my view. Every job since then I’ve had the same experience and would easily refer these guys to friends and family. I deal with Nathan the most, but the whole team has been great in my interactions with them also. Highly recommend

I enlisted Complex plumbing to do a couple of jobs on a rental property. They were great communicators and made sure that they were completing the job exactly how I wanted. They suggested a range of taps that would be suited to the fit out and gave information on what they thought was best suited to the job. As I am really busy this helped me out a lot. The job was completed promptly and I was really pleased with the end result. I have already referred them to other friends.

I happened to see Jason's phone number on the van at our street. So I had no hesitation calling Jason when I discovered a leak from my laundry tub. Just ONE minute after my phone call with Jason, the plumber is at my house!! How efficient and responsive! The plumber spent his precious time here investigating the leak in the middle of his busy project! Really appreciated! Out of all, there was no charge for the work! The plumber was in a hurry to his scheduled work and had to return another day to repair, but my husband figured out to repair the leak at the last. We definitely recommend Complex Plumbing!
