My first experience with complex was great from the very start, very good and upfront communication, a key trait I respected was they always did what they said they would at the time they said they would, and communicated well along the way, and also provided guidance around “why” for some things which helped in decision making. I happened to see Jason's phone number on the van at our street. So I had no hesitation calling Jason when I discovered a leak from my laundry tub. Just ONE minute after my phone call with Jason, the plumber is at my house!! How efficient and responsive! The plumber spent his precious time here investigating the leak in the middle of his busy project! Really appreciated! Out of all, there was no charge for the work! The plumber was in a hurry to his scheduled work and had to return another day to repair, but my husband figured out to repair the leak at the last. We definitely recommend Complex Plumbing!
